32 Weeks

The last week has been awesome. We left for Destin on Thursday. My feet were so swollen after the 6 hour drive. We had to stop about every 45 mins to an hour for me to go to the bathroom. It was pretty tiresome. We got in at about 2:30am EST. That started the weekend off. Friday was fun. I rode in the golf cart while everyone played golf. The weather was sort of overcast and windy so there was no beach that day. Saturday we drove down to Perdido Bay (about 2 hr drive) to see Ben's family and grandparents. We spent the day there and enjoyed a 40th anniversary dinner with his grandparents. Sunday we watched some of the senior golf tournament and then went to the pool for a little while. It was really windy so we were being pelted with sand. We slept in on Monday and headed back around 12. I really enjoyed the trip away, but it is too exhausting to go out of town when you are this far along. I will remember that next time.

This week is a BIG week. Today I got my crib bedding set in the mail from the Martin's. It is SO adorable! Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment in the morning and then my work shower after work tomorrow. This weekend is the shower at my mom's. I can not wait!!!
