9 Weeks & 3 Days

I am 9 weeks and 3 days today. We had our first prenatal visit. It went really well. The doctor said everything looks great. We have another appointment in 4 weeks. He said the heartbeat looked really good and that we will be able to hear it next visit. It is so much bigger than I thought it would be. It is about the size of a shrimp or what I like to refer to as a little smaller than the size of a fun size milky way bar.

8 Weeks & 4 Days

Today I am 8 weeks and 4 days along. I am so excited that I go to the doctor in 6 days! I have felt pretty good for the most part. I got really sick on Sunday and Monday. I was having really bad nausea and stomach problems. I am better now though. I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner. Next year will be completely different with a new baby around for Santa to come visit (and grandparents to spoil)! Hopefully I will have some ultrasound pictures to post next week!

7 Weeks & 1 Day

Today I am 7 weeks and 1 day. It is so wonderful to be pregnant. I can't believe that it is true. I am feeling a lot better today than I have felt for the last week or two. I am still exhausted, but feel a lot better! I will keep you posted. I have my first doctor appt. on Dec 27th. I will be almost 10 weeks by then!

New beginnings

Well, we are expecting!!!! Ben and I got married a little over a month ago and we are both so excited to be expecting our first child. We are both very eager to be starting a family.� I have not been to the doctor yet, but will be making an appointment on Monday. I am pretty sure I am pregnant (considering I have taken 6 tests and they have all been positive). I hope everything is accurate with the tests since we have told almost everyone about it!!!!
Great thing is that my best friend Kristin is pregnant also and she is due July 4th. We are about 4 weeks apart!!! I can't wait to go through this with her.
